What Deep Glow 2 does
Deep Glow 2 is the next version of Plugin Everything's glow effect for After Effects. It focuses on producing richer, more cinematic bloom with improved image quality while running faster than before.
New controls include cinematic tonemapping, RGB radius multipliers to give each colour channel its own spread, lens dirt texturing, multicolour tint and image-based glow that uses a picture to shape the light. Both luminance and chrominance threshold modes are available for choosing what glows. It suits artists who want fine control over how highlights bloom in graphics and footage.
