What Deep Paint does
Deep Paint is a Blender add-on by GAKU for creating stylized 3D illustrations by drawing with Grease Pencil. Included are mesh creation, bespoke brushes, stylized materials and generators for Eevee.
GP to Mesh builds geometry from strokes, with conversions to curves, fill meshes and line meshes. Quick Modifier applies a modifier on the spot without adding to history, which works well for organic modeling. Custom Grease Pencil brushes open from a pop-up, along with texture paint brushes such as Water Color, Pastel and Air Brush, and the DPM shader adds a vertex-paint-based look with a one-click outline in Eevee.
