Flamethrower
Developer: studioromanrec
A Blender add-on for Cycles flame effects usable for flamethrowers, rocket engines and volcanoes.
What Flamethrower does
Flamethrower is a Cycles-based add-on that produces jets of fire in Blender. It is not limited to weapons: the same effect works for rocket engine exhaust, volcanic eruptions and similar bursts.
It supports Blender 3.6 through 4.5, is released under the GPL, and comes with documentation and a demo video. VFX artists and hobbyists building action scenes, space shots or dramatic landscapes can add convincing fire without setting up a smoke and fire simulation from scratch.
