What Strobe Light does
Strobe Light supplies animated lamps for Blender's EEVEE engine, each designed for a particular situation. Effects include thunder, police car, suspense, strobe, car giro, car flash and other flashing lights.
A properties panel adjusts frequency, speed and size, and lamps can be Point, Spot or Area types. A demonstration scene for the Thunder Lamp is provided, and documentation is included. Artists working on night scenes, horror, emergency vehicles or club visuals can add pulsing light without keyframing each flash.
