Freestyle SVG Exporter saves the stylized edges Blender's Freestyle renderer generates as SVG vector files. It was bundled with Blender 4.1 and is now supplied as it stands, with limited support.

The option is in Properties > Render > Freestyle SVG Export. The download is about 7.5 KB, needs no special permissions and works with Blender 4.2 LTS and newer under GPL v2 or later. Illustrators and technical artists can make technical drawings or line art for further editing in vector programs.
