What Good Spirit Graphics MochaBlend does
MochaBlend by Good Spirit Graphics runs within Cinema 4D and cooperates with After Effects, taking 2D planar tracking and roto-spline data from mocha and turning it into 3D movement. A Single Plane Solver handles perspective and non-perspective tracks for both cameras and objects.
Roto-splines become animated geometry with depth that can react to physics and simulations, and mocha camera-solve data imports with extra options. The MochaBlend Exporter carries animated paths, shapes and masks from After Effects into Cinema 4D. It supports Cinema 4D R16 through R22. 3D artists who track in mocha will find it bridges the gap into a solved 3D workspace.
