Batch-converts high-poly Blender objects into shader-based billboard imposters sharing one texture atlas.

What Imposter Cards does

Imposter Cards turns heavy objects into single-plane billboards with one click, in EEVEE or Cycles. All imposters share a single material and a texture atlas that scales automatically to the selected objects.

The atlas packs maps such as diffuse, normal, roughness and metallic, and level of detail switches automatically based on camera distance. It is useful for rendering forests, crowds and other dense scenes at lower cost. Day to day, that covers one-click billboard conversion, shared material and texture atlas and diffuse, normal, roughness, metallic packing.
