Blender add-on for layered texturing with paint layers, procedural edge detect, dust and grunge masks.

What Mask Tools does

Mask Tools helps you create detailed materials within Blender without sending models to other software. Paint layers and procedural effects combine to give realistic surface wear.

Effects include edge detect, dust and several grunge types, plus distortion masks to paint grunge whose shape, scale and bump remain adjustable. Alpha transparency, emission and bump can also be painted, and included materials are customizable. Texture artists and look-development users can build weathered materials in a single program.
