What Physical Puddles Pro does
Physical Puddles Pro is a Blender add-on from Lazy3D that produces realistic puddles on a material you select, ranging from light dew to flooded streets. Size, depth, spread and ripple intensity are all adjusted from the add-on's interface.
On top of the base puddles, it generates procedural ripples when objects intersect the water, plus rain splash effects whose size, strength and randomness you can tune. The Pro version adds object puddles created with a dedicated mesh generator that supports rippling edges and blending, and a ground wet shader that detects puddle areas automatically. It suits environment artists building rainy or damp scenes.
