What Slitscan does

Slitscan, by Zaebects, brings the classic slit-scan technique to After Effects as a native plugin. The effect smears footage across time to produce flowing, stretched imagery, familiar from title sequences and experimental video.

It works in After Effects from CC 2014 through 2026 and in Premiere Pro from 2020 through 2026. Apple M1 support was added in a 2022 update, macOS Catalina compatibility is listed, and a demo video is available.
