Snappy Rigger
Developer: Stellart
Blender auto-rigger that detects a character, binds it and exports rigs to FBX or glTF.
What Snappy Rigger does
Snappy Rigger is an auto-rigging add-on for Blender that takes a character from bare mesh to exported rig with very few clicks. It is for artists who would rather not place every bone by hand.
The SNAPPY system detects the body automatically, and the BINDY engine, a hybrid of voxelized and heat-map methods, handles binding, though Blender's Automatic Weights or Voxel Heat Diffuse Skinning can be used instead. Facial markers are detected in 2D and 3D, a final rig is generated, and export to FBX or glTF targets Unity, Maya, Unreal and Godot. It runs on Linux and Windows.
Key features
- One-click automatic body detection
