What States does
States, by Hasan Atallah, captures values of properties, animations and effects as reusable presets for a layer or an entire composition. You can then flip between design variations without duplicating comps or saving countless project versions.
Unlike expression-based approaches, it avoids slowing down previews. Variations stay organized inside one project, which simplifies handling client revisions, and all states can be rendered at once. States can also be turned into a template for Mogrts, useful for motion designers delivering editable graphics.
