Super Bump

Blender add-on that fakes displacement in Eevee with stacked alpha-clipped layers.

What Super Bump does

Super Bump brings the look of material displacement to Eevee without dense geometry. Tightly packed alpha-clipped layers add depth to reinforce Normal and Bump maps, and real shadows from the engine finish the effect.

Super Bump Manager sets everything up in one click and builds a PBR material from the textures you select, detecting types like Albedo, Metallic, Roughness, Emission, Height and Normal by keyword. Sets of PolyHaven PBR textures are included, and it works on versions before Blender 4.

Key features

  • Layered depth effect for Eevee
  • One-click Super Bump Manager
  • Keyword-based PBR texture detection
  • PolyHaven texture sets included
