Timeline Audio Visualizer
Developer: qsOwOsp
Blender add-on that overlays audio waveforms on the NLA, Graph Editor and Dope Sheet to help time animation.
What Timeline Audio Visualizer does
Timeline Audio Visualizer overlays audio waveforms in Blender's animation editors so you can time actions, lip sync, beats, impacts and cuts without changing editors. Sound comes from Video Sequencer strips or Speaker objects.
Seven display modes are offered: Positive Fill, Peak plus RMS, RMS Envelope, Outline, Mirror, Solid and Peaks/Bars, with adjustable height, detail, color and anchor. Sequencer filters choose audible, selected or listed strips, with an optional scene range clamp. Waveform data is cached for fast redraws, and controls are in the Sound tab or a header popover.
