What TurboLayers does
TurboLayers is a slim After Effects panel from ILLUMINA that adds new layers right where you need them. Normal layer creation places items at the top of the stack, and this places them above whatever layer is selected.
It can generate adjustment, camera, light, null, shape, solid and text layers, trimmed automatically to the duration and in and out points of the selected layer. With nothing selected or an empty comp, it makes a plain new layer. There are no settings, and the panel adapts to horizontal or vertical arrangement.
