What Ultistamp does
Nyetei Team's Ultistamp applies decals with complete PBR information in Blender. Over a hundred presets cover common stickers, marks and details.
An optional companion called Ultibake bakes any material together with its decals. It installs as a Blender extension, is released under the GPL and ships with documentation. Hard-surface and game artists who want detail without extra geometry can stamp surfaces and bake the final result. The big preset library means common marks like labels and wear can be placed without hunting for images.
