What VECTIS does
VECTIS from TOKI Projects is a pseudo-3D line generator for After Effects. It takes any path and renders a stroke that understands depth, so lines appear to recede and approach in space.
Stroke width adjusts automatically according to Z-depth and distance from the camera, which removes manual compensation when animating through a scene. No extra plugins are needed, and it works with After Effects 2023 through 2026. Motion designers can use it for flowing ribbons, wires and abstract line art with convincing perspective.
