Booleanbite: 1-Click Procedural Edge Damage
Developer: Shift4cube
Blender add-on that adds chipped, cracked and weathered edges to meshes non-destructively with a linked cutter object.
What Booleanbite: 1-Click Procedural Edge Damage does
BooleanBite creates edge wear on hard-surface models in one click. A linked cutter follows your object, so chips, cracks and worn edges can be adjusted at any time instead of being committed to the mesh.
The damage style is driven by a noise engine with presets such as Clouds, Voronoi, Wood and Marble, and a vertex group can mask where it appears. Cut faces can inherit the original material or receive a different inner one, say rust or glowing energy. A smart bevel tidies jagged edges, and a viewport optimize mode keeps heavy scenes responsive. It handles many objects, each with its own settings, and has a bake mode for export.
Key features
- Linked cutter generates chips and cracks non-destructively
- Noise presets including Clouds, Voronoi, Wood and Marble
