What FlexiGlass does
FlexiGlass is a physically based glass engine for DaVinci Resolve, developed by Nx Color. Instead of a simple blur, it models how light behaves as it passes through decorative glass, so patterned and textured panes can be applied to footage or graphics.
The first release, version 1.0, arrived on 18 February 2026 and works with Resolve 19, 20 and 21. It is listed as a free download, and a demo video is available. Motion designers, colorists and editors can use it for glass overlays, reflective title treatments and abstract backgrounds.
