Ocd (One Click Damage)
Developer: vfxguide
Blender add-on that adds procedural wear, scars and damage to meshes with masks, layers and patterns.
What Ocd (One Click Damage) does
One Click Damage lets artists age meshes in Blender, producing anything from light wear to deep gouges. It targets hard, solid materials such as stone, concrete, wood and brick.
Everything is procedural, so settings can be changed at any time. Masks remove damage where it is unwanted, damage can be stacked as layers, and Sync Damage carries an effect across objects for consistency. A HERO module adds finer detail, materials can be assigned to damaged areas, and one button switches the noise pattern. Environment and prop artists gain realistic, weathered structures quickly.
Key features
- Fully procedural damage
- Masks to erase unwanted damage
- Layered and synced damage between objects
- HERO module for extra detail
- Material assignment to damaged areas
