What Sheffield Softworks Artitude does
Sheffield Softworks Artitude is a stylisation plugin delivered through FxFactory for After Effects, DaVinci Resolve and Premiere Pro. It first analyses edges and local flow, with a Tweak control for smoothness, then builds the look in stages.
Paint offers gamma, colour correction, two painting simulations, organic distortion and a smudge. Toon quantises hue, saturation and luminance on their own and can map hue to real ink colours. Texture and Smooth sections, including bilateral smoothing, add refinement, and final processing blends everything with Photoshop-style modes. Turbo mode trades resolution for speed while you work. Artists wanting hand-painted or cartoon treatments of video have deep control.
