ColorX
Developer: vimager
Targets specific colours and adjusts their hue, saturation, lightness and density together in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
What ColorX does
ColorX from vimager is a colour grading effect for Premiere Pro and After Effects focused on selective adjustments. Rather than grading the whole picture, you choose particular colours and change them with high precision.
Hue, saturation, lightness and density can all be modified at the same time for the chosen colours. It runs in both hosts, works with 2021 to 2026 versions, and a demo video is available. Colourists, editors and motion designers wanting to shift a single shade, such as a sky or a brand colour, without disturbing the rest will find it direct.
Key features
- Selective colour targeting
- Simultaneous hue, saturation, lightness and density control
- Works in After Effects and Premiere Pro
